  We purchased a couch and love seat in December, and the wood frame inside the arm of the love seat broke about week later. We had purchased the additional warranty. We emailed pictures as requested as received their approval to exchange the broken item for a new one, but it was out of stock. We have to call them every few weeks to ask when it will be in, and they always say a couple weeks. Its has been 3 months now of having a broken furniture. They always say they will call us with an update, but we always have to call them. The furniture is nice for the price, but it looks like we will have to buy new furniture again elsewhere if we want a matching set. After 3 months of not being able to honor their warranty, I think they should take the furniture back and refund our money. If you are going to buy here don't waste money on the warranty, it certainly has not helped us. Just pick what you like and take your chances. Edit: Our replacement Love Seat was delivered today, 4/8/2017, 3 months after the original one broke. We had picked up the original one ourselves, but American Freight delivered the replacement at no charge. They used a company called 716 Delivery, who were very professional and friendly. They let us know in the morning when they would be here and called again when they were 20 minutes away. Their service was great. I have added more stars as our issue in now resolved.

  This is a great place to shop for all types of furniture . The service I got was speedy and very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone great prices & wonderful service. So many great deals!! I will be coming back for the rest of my furniture set. American freight has offers you cannot pass up!

  I received a damaged chest. I heard a worker tell the manager that the chest in the back was damaged but the manager told me that they found a new one. I called the store and was told that it was damaged during delivery but the entire side of the chest was coming off. Highly doubt that happened during delivery. I could not receive a refund and basically been on call for 2 weeks for a replacement. I still have not received a call. Along with the damaged chest I did not even receive a back board with the headboard. I've never order a bedroom set from somewhere where you only receive a headboard. This is my last and final time doing business here.
